Yoga is all about establishing a deep and authentic connection with your inner self through the body and extending that evolving connection into the world. It is an intuitive knowing that we can arrive at when we have full freedom over our own bodies. Yoga Freedom is a deep listening practice that Julia arrived at 15 years ago in her own personal practise and has become the only way of yoga for her. She will lead you into the ocean of your own embodied freedom through sensing and feeling, listening and responding.
This retreat is an opportunity to drop loads of tension that accumulate in the body over time and to deeply stretch every corner of your body so you can walk away feeling spacious and amazing. You will significantly improve your flexibility, mobility, coordination, self-awareness, strength and breathing in a relaxed environment.
Each session is customized to meet your specific needs as a community and help generate awareness instead of overriding you with instructions. You will witness, investigate and guide your own experience and have the ultimate knowing and freedom to chose the pace, intensity, and way in which you wish to express what your body is asking for in the yoga practice. Julia’s gentle guidance will lead you to genuinely make your practice your own.
