Yoga, meditation, and breathwork are effective ways of moving through doubt, fear, insecurity, as well as helpful in connecting to our joy and gratitude for this magnificent life. Journalling is a powerful portal of acknowledging ourselves, our loved ones and our evolving journey. We move and journal to heal. We move and journal to explore our interior landscape, to identify patterns, memories and feelings, and to capture stories. We move and journal to find the quietest whisper within.
This weekend retreat will use modalities of yoga, breathwork, and meditation to help you find yourself in the embodied presence of life, so that you can explore your most authentic and creative self. There will be daily writing opportunities, yoga, meditation, and wood fired sauna, organic meals, and free time to relax. Note that all activities are optional, and you’ll be encouraged to listen deeply to the stirrings of your soul and be directed from within.
Julia Ray is excited to support you on this journey of release and awakening. This retreat is designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. Bring your journal and/or writing project. Breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as farmhouse accommodations are included in the retreat package rates. All yoga and writing levels are welcome.
